​Eileens role for the last 20 years working in the Thoroughbred BreedingIndustry has given her the wonderful opportunity to work closely with animals and the people who care for them. Seeing this amazing union of animals and people working together sparked her interest in psychology and encouraged her to start Mentoring. For over 10 years she have continued this passion for several organisations including Women In Racing. Racing Welfare, and The Newmarket Pony Academy for SEND children. She has now added a psychology qualification to further develop her ability to work with people.
